Meet Our Board
Carol Griffin-Ruzich
Carole has been the managing partner of Griffin & Gallagher, LLC since 2008 and has vast experience in handling banking, real estate, and municipal/zoning matters. She has represented financial institutions and mortgage lenders in contested mortgage foreclosures and workouts for most of her legal career. She is a member of the Bar of the Illinois Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Illinois).
She has an extensive history of community involvement, which includes serving as a member of the Palos Community Hospital Board of Directors and the St. George Corporation. Carole also served as a Trustee of the Village of Orland Park for eight years and prior to that was a member of the Orland Park Board of Fire and Police Commissioners. She presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Beverly Bank & Trust Company.
Carole obtained her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s in History and Government and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
